increment a number in brackets

How can I increment numbers in brackets or with dot and bracket in each
cell of a column?

1.) | (1103)
2.) | (2206)
3.) | (4412)
... | (....)

Does the bracket imply that this is a negative number? (1103)=-1103

To increment the number in any cell by a constant, type that constant
(e.g. 1) into a cell,
select this cell
Edit > Copy
Select the cells to be incremented
Edit > Paste Special - choose "Values" and operation "add"
