Every year we have a meeting that is attended by the majority of our
company.
During the meeting we pick people out of the audience at random by using a
number printed on their name tag and then pulling ping pong balls from a
'bingo barrel'.
Last year someone suggested putting a field in the report with a number that
would increment by one. This worked but if we wanted to find out WHO had
what number it was nearly impossible since if someone came in AFTER the name
tags were printed then there was no way of referring back to a list of
assigned numbers.
I am looking for some way of assigning numbers to a person that would remain
with the person's name...OR assign them just prior to printing the name tags
so that last minute adjustments could be made...and numbers by name may be
searched on.
Any and all suggestions are welcome!
