Incremental upgrades?

Will there be incremental improvements to ON 2007 or will we need to wait for
another 4 years to see improvements / suggestions implemented?

I guess it depends upon what you mean by "improvements." There will
undoubtedly be a service pack (or two) released and perhaps even a hotfix or
so if problems are addressed.

If you mean new features then I don't think you're likely to see much in the
way of new features added before the next version of the product. The
unfortunately-named "Service Pack 1" for OneNote 2003 was an anomaly in that
regard.
