incrementing invoice number on word template

Hi
I am trying to create a document template that increments with each new
document created.
I have checked out kb212686 and that is OK, but I would like the number to
be to five significant figures
eg
5 would read as 00005
10 would be 00010
and so forth
Has anyone got any suggestions on how I might be able to achieve this.
