Incrementing page numbering.

Dear All,

I have a 10-page document in MS Word 2002/XP.
On each page, in the footer, I need to write "Continued to Page No. ....".
For instance, on Page No. 1, in the footer, I need to print "Continued to
Page No. 2", so on and so forth.
However, on the last page of my document, I dont wish to have the footer
printed.
Can someone please help.

Thanks in advance.

You'll need a conditional field. If you don't know how to create or insert
fields, consult Word's Help or post back for more instruction. The field you
need is:

{ IF { PAGE } < { NUMPAGES } "Continued to Page No. { = { PAGE } + 1 }" }

All the fields except the basic IF and = fields can be inserted using the
Insert Page Number and Insert Number of Pages buttons on the Header and
Footer toolbar.

Thank you all.
I also needed to find a way to put the braces and I found that that could be
done using Ctrl+F9.
Thanks once again.
