Incrementing the numberic portion of a string

I am trying to do the "How to Increment the Numberic Portion of a String" from the Microsoft knowledge base Article number 209830.
I have my code typed in, but I keep getting the error message" Runtime Error "3048":
Cannot open any more databases."

What am I doing wrong.
