Indent name does not work after crash+sp2 update

MS Project crashed today after I undocked my laptop without shutting down,
and could not run anymore (immediate crash after starting).The crash report
suggested that I apply the last patch (MS Project 2003 sp2). That's what I
did and I was able to run MS project again. However one immediate and visible
problem that I have now: the name are not indented any more. In the options
dialog box, I checked the Indent flag and it was selected. I tried to
uncheck/apply/check again. Nothing helped, the tasks names for summary and
activities are all left justified, no indent. I open a former version of my
mpp, same thing. Any clue what's going on? I completely uninstalled and
re-installed MS Project 2003, re-apply the patch. Same thing. Could it be a
that there is a corrupted Registry entry driving the indent Name behavior?

What happens if you check the Show outline number flag? Insert the Outline
Level field, are the levels correct?

Did you find a resolution to your issue? I am finding the same thing
and the project plan is formatted correctly when I turn on outline
numbers.
