As part of a regular task at my job, I have to indent every other paragraph of a transcript (to differentiate between the 2 speakers) in Word by .25 inches, but this usually requires me to go through and manually highlight and adjust each paragraph using the ruler on a 10+ page document. Does anyone know a faster way to indent multiple rows / every other row in the whole document at the same time?
