Index / cross reference tool?

I've been searching for an Access Crossreference/Index tool.

I've been handed a fairly large DB written by several students with no
internals documents. I'd like an effective way to learn such things as:

"every module, query and form that references a particular table entry".

... or:
"which reports or forms use a particular query, table entr, routine, etc"
