Index Error Importing DB4

I get an error "Index not found" when trying to import (or
link) a DB4 file into Access on my Windows 2000 machine.
Two other Windows 2000 machines in my office are able to
import the file.
I also get the same error trying to open the DB4 file in
Visual Basic 6.0 - and again, the other two machines are
able to run the same program and have it work.
Any ideas?
