Index file ? Pub 2002

Saved my pub as .htm, used WSFTP to load it up to my site but website won't
run. Renamed my file to index.htm but now only get page 1 showing.
Please help. What am I doing wrong. thanks

I got a pubmaster001.htm file - this is what I tried to rename.

Found it!
When I saved it as a webpage, I saved it as index.htm. Problem solved.
Sorry I upgraded to Pub 2002 - should have kept 2000.
