Index in Organization Forms Library?

Here's an odd one. I have been asked to see if I can create an Index of all
the forms and what they do. Ok, not to hard... Now they want it to reside
in MS Outlook forms Organization Forms Library.

You could create a custom form that contains the information. Even more interesting might be a form that offered to launch any of the custom forms in the list, so the user reading the information doesn't have to navigate back to the Org Forms library.
