Index in Outlook 2007

After having no problem in XP with WDS 3.0 the OL2007 mail folders don't get
indexed anymore after upgrading to Vista, although OL is listed in the
"indexed"-places in the search-options.

Can anybode help?

Yes, I did a clean install.

I also found the KB article 927676, and tried that, but now it seems like it
won't index at all.

I am starting to get really frustrated about WDS 3.0/Vista - actually I have
NOT had good searching since early autumn with WDS 2.6xx - meaning quick,
reliable, accessable, global (also network shares)!!!

I thought everything was going to get better when the indexing was in the
OS...
