Index name issue

When I open my database I get a pop up that says " "Id" is not an index in
this table." I have Compact/Repaired my database. Copied and Backed Up before
this came up because of the database telling me that the database ". could
not be found. I'm assuming that my database is corrupt but I don't know what
else to do to fix it. I've also created a new database and imported the
tables in, prior to this last error. Has anyone dealt with this before?
