Index of worksheet tabs

Does anyone know if it is possible to bring up an index
of all the worksheet tabs at the bottom of the screen.

You can right-click on the tab scrolling buttons, to the left of the
sheet tabs. In the shortcut menu that appears, click on a sheet name, to
activate that sheet.
