"Index or Primary Key Cannot Contain a Null Value"

Sometimes I'll start inputing data into a form and decide
I didn't want to add anything. So I clear the field I was
filling and try to go to another record.

Well the "Index or Primary Key Cannot Contain a Null
Value" message comes up because it obviously has started
to make a record and then I don't want to make one. How
can I get past this without having to shut the form down?

Thank you!

Press the <Esc> key twice.
That undoes the record.
