index page vs home page

When I publish my web pages (Publisher 2002) to the hosting site and then
access them, it always opens to a file listing rather than to the home page.
How do you get it to open on the home page?

2002 does not name the file "index.htm" by default. Refer
to my FAQ page and 2002 issues page at my site.

I read your FAQ page and 2002 issues. I Exported as a Webpage and named the
file "Index". All files within then assumed the name "Index.htm, Index
image001.htm, Index page001.htm, etc. Uploaded all files and the index page
still opens rather than the Home Page. The following is a link to the web
site:

If you type in

http://www.qai-online.com/Index.htm

it will.

It's case sensitive, I cover that at
http://www.davidbartosik.com/sitetips.htm

delete those site files and re-do the export this time use ALL lower case.
