Index Tab Dividers

I have found index tab dividers that can be directly printed/copied on
without using a label. Has anyone else ever used such a thing? I found these
from indextabsnow.com. I cannot figure out how to set this up in word nor how
to print.

The way I read the info on their website, the blank tabs are "for
copiers" and the custom tabs come preprinted the way you order them. If
your printer can handle 9" x 11" paper stock and print borderless or
nearly borderless, then you might be able to create your own template in
Word.
