When I create a Table of Contents with Word 2007, the table that is created
allows for "hot-links" from the table of contents directly to the relevant
heading.
However, when I create an Index, it list the page where I have placed an
index entry, but it doesn't allow for "hot-link" to that entry.
is there some setting or formatting that I can do so that when I create an
index, all entries get a "hot-link"?
Is there something that I should (can) do either with the index entry or
with the formatting of the index itself?
If there is a better forum to ask this question, please direct me to it.
