Indexing using a concordance file not working properly mises word

Not sure if this is the right group. I am creating an index for a book.

Creating an indes using a concordance file (large). It takes some of the
words but not all of thme. I am missing a large majority when I check my
index against my concordance file. How do I get it to take all the words?
What am I doing wrong?
