Jobs Awaiting Parts Report
I have a report (based on a table) that groups part numbers and then lists
for each part number the job number and a few other details related to that
job.
Mostly we can have several job numbers listed in each Part Number group.
Occasionally we can have a job with more than one part number. That job
number is reported in each part number (group).
I would like to be able to indicate against the job number if there is
another part number on the report for that job number.
e.g. a field that was populated with a "count of the job number on the
report" ~ 1 meaning that job number has only 1 count in the report ~ 2
meaning 2 etc etc.
Can this be done as a calculated field on the report or will I have to go
back to a query and update the report data source etc.
TIA
