Indicators for new unpublished tasks in project plan

Is there a unique indicator for new unpublished tasks in project plan?

The existing task that has been changed is indicated by an envelope in the
indicators column. However we would like to grant to PM a possibility to
identify the newly created tasks that not been published yet.

If there is no something pre-defined, any suggestion for macro solution will
be welcomed.

I do not believe there is any distinction between New versus Changed
assignments. By the way, you have to have a resource assigned to a task for
the envelope indicator to appear.
