Indicators in document library ?

Hi

How can I set up graphical indicators in a document
library for visual interpretation.

I need to be able to set a review, delivery and
submission dates for each document in a library and then
show when any of these have exceeded the date with a
traffic loght indicator. How can I achieve this ?
