Indicators not working

Hello,
1. In Web Access, a few of our people are having an issue of not having the
information from the indicator column not display, when the icon is moused
over. This is for about 5 of 50 people and I can't pinpoint the problem.

2. For a few different employees, in Web Access, they were redirected to the
main PWA screen when trying to enter the "view my tasks" section. Each time
this happened, it apparently fixed itself within a day or so as they were
eventually able to get in. I wanted to know if anyone has the reason for
this.

Any help is appreciated.

Regarding the first problem, go to the PC of one of the five people, launch
Microsoft Word, and then click Tools - Customize. Click the Options tab and
make sure that the "Show screentips on toolbars" option is selected. If
not, select it and then launch Project Web Access. Does this solve the
problem?

Not sure about the second intermittent problem. Hope this helps.

We are seeing the same issue (#1 - no mouse over tooltip on the idicators in
PWA) on a few PCs. And the fix you referenced didn't work. Do you have any
other ideas?
