Indicators rollover not working

In PWA, we are experiencing a few PCs for which there are no mouse over
tooltip on the idicators.

We checked the "Show screentips on toolbars" option in Microsoft Word, and
it is selected.

Any other ideas on what settings in IE or other MS apps that need to be
turned on?

I would check the resolution of the screen. Maybe this helps
