Indicators showing that tasks need to be republished, but not being published

Hi


Project server 2003, with managed time periods. In many of the projects
the indicator showing that something has changed on the assignment and
that it needs to be republihsed.

I have seleceted " Pulish New and changed assignment" and also tried
Republish assignments, but I get a message saying that there is nothing
to publish.

Why does the indicator remain? This is affecting the number of
unsubmitted timesheets that are showing on the system

Any suggestions appreciated.
