There was a Technology Preview of an IFC solution that
was available at microsoft.com in Office Downloads. This
was a separately installed solution that ran on top of
Visio 2002 SR-1.
Regrettably, Microsoft decided this was not a feature
that could be reasonably supported into the future and
the download is no longer available.
