industry-specific spellcheck option

Being a physician at an academic medical institution, I often create
PowerPoint presentations and Word documents for teaching purposes.
Unfortunately the programs do not recognize the vast majority of medical
vocabulary and flag them as misspelled, and I have to spend a lot of time
making sure each word is actually spelled correctly. I'm sure millions of
other users in the medical industry experience the same. It would be great
to be able to select industry-based subsets of American standard English for
recognition of vocabulary, e.g. medical English, or architecture-related
English, or food-industry English. You could start by incorporating all the
words in a basic medical dictionary, e.g. Stedman's. Users could select
which subsets of English they wanted to include in their own spellcheck.
