File creation dates do not necessarily reflect the original creation date of
the data within a file, which data can include when it was printed. Your
best bet is to recognise that those dates are of little practical value and
devise your own method for retaining imporatnt information.
File Created times are normally the time that the file was created on that
particular media. If the file had been created elsewhere - say on another
computer - at an earlier time and printed then, that might account for the
earlier time.
