Info on open amail attachment

Dear Leonel -

This is really not the correct forum for this question, being concerned with
discussion of Microsoft Access, the database program. However, the RAR
filetype is a compressed format similar to the ZIP filetype, and can only be
opened by a program that understands that format. One such program is
WinRAR, which you should be able to download from http://www.rarlab.com/ .
