Info path problem

i have been creating 2 forms and the first one the submit button worked fine
without errors in connecting to the access database im using with it and
inputing the information,
however on the second form when i tried to do the same with a different
database the option to submit to database wasnt there!!!!!!! any idea's

please no einstein answers as its first time using info path and i dont no
my way round etc.

There are some limitations to when you can submit data - it depends on how
the tables in the database are connected, whether you are basing your form
off a query (not good) or the tables (this is better), and whether all the
key fields are included (always include the keys to be safe). Sorry, can't
