Info Transfer Problem

When data is transferred from the Excel worksheet to our
invoice it sometimes adds an extra cent to the total.
This does not happen 100% of the time. If we manually
input the figures, the amount is correctly calculated.
This only happens when the sales tax is computed at 8.75%.
And it does not happen all of the time. Has anyone else
had this problem?

What could be causing this?
