InfoPath 2003: Add 7 Business Days to Date Picker Default Value

Hello,

Would anyone know if there's syntax to add 7 business days to the default
value for the Date Picker control?

In the Date Picker's "Default Value" field, I tried "today() + 7" but that
obviously doesn't always returning the result in business days.
