InfoPath 2003 connect to Active Diretory

Hello,
How can i connect from an InfoPath 2003 document to active directory.
For example:
I want pick the name out in a dropdown field.
After i have do this, he should write me in to other two fields the phone
number and e-mail address.

Is it possible to do this?
How it works?
