InfoPath 2003 Import Spreadsheet Error

Good Morning,

I am trying to figure out why I am receiving the following error when
importing an Excel spreadsheet into SharePoint:

Method 'Post' of object 'IOWSPostData' Failed

Your help is greatly appreciated.
