Infopath 2003 SP1 --> SP2

Does anyone know if one were to upgrade to the SP2 if all subsequent
form users would have to be upgraded too or is just the form designer's
version ok to upgrade? I have forms designed in SP1 but want to upgrade
to SP2 to take advantage of the new features but it is difficult to
have everyone upgraded?

SP2 does not present any new features over SP1. So if you design using SP2, your users with SP1 installed should be able to access your forms without any issue.
