Infopath 2003 toolkit for vs 2005 Exception

I am trying to create a new project using Infopath 2003 toolkit for vs 2005.
After selecting a form template, according to the wizard, I am receiving the
following error.

“Unable to read the project file 'InfoPathProjectFormCode.csproj'. Exception
has been thrown by the target of an invocationâ€.

Could you please help me get around this exception?

I'm having the same problem, except I'm using a vbproj. I have VS 2005 RC1
installed and I believe the toolkit is Beta 2, didn't know if that had
anything to do with it. I've tried completely uninstalling everything and
re-installing and still get the error, and I also get the error below when I
start VS 2005 now.

Package load failure.
Package 'Visual Studio Explorers and Designers Package' has failed to load
properly...
