InfoPath 2003 Toolkit for VS.NET 2005 Help Files

Hello,

I installed the toolkit from MSDN and started following some of the examples
that were in the help files. Basically a button that says "Hello World!". I
started VS.NET 2005 and selected a new InfoPath project then by selecting
help within VS.NET 2005 I was able to access the Toolkit's help files.
However, today I cannot locate the help files. Can someone tell me how to
pull these up again? I can see them located in C:\Program Files\Visual Studio
Tools for Office\INFOPATH\HELP\, but they wont open by clicking any of these
files.

Or can someone point me to a site that has this same information online?
