I need to make aform to track an indivuidual for several hours through
several steps in a procedure. I would like to be able to just select a
"Checkbox" and have the time displayed in anotehr field. Is tyhis possible
and if so, How?

Hi,

You want to display the time in text box when you click on checkbox right?
If so, just put a rule on check box that when check box value = TRUE then
set the text box field value as now(). Here now() is a predefined function.

I have tried that it does not seem to work for me.
Like my name implies I am not a programmer.
The first thing that I did was made a checbox then in the next column I
added a text box.
This did not work

HYello,
I finally got the time to work, now how do I make it so that once teh time
has been posted it cannot be changed?
