I have a form created in infopath 2007 that I have setup to launch in
Sharepoint 2007, however I am having problems passing the information
from one library to another. Also - for some reason I can not get all
of my fields to populate in my document library. If you could be of
assistance with any of the questions below I would appreciate it.

Question 1: What do you have to do with the "send to" function to pass
data from one library list to another. When the form was saved to one
location (i.e., Draft NPAPs) and submitted to a second location (i.e.,
Pending ORM Review), data did not carry over into the submitted list
(data connections can only be published to the library you're saving
to or to a global list)

Question 2: First I created the new columns in SharePoint as text
(presenter name, desk head). Then I republished the form and
associated to the specific form fields (presenter name, desk head)
that I created in SharePoint. When I brought the new columns into the
pending approval library list, the data didn't populate in the global
list. (Global lists apply to all libraries.) Why didn't the data
populate?

Question 3: When would an InfoPath form show two different fields
with the same properties (i.e, text strings) convert one into a lookup
upon publishing? (Poor example below but you get the idea. I
recreated the lists on Friday from scratch to make sure it wasn't old
data and the lists didn't populate.)
