InfoPath 2007 working with infopath 2003

I have the following situation:

I already have an infopath form in a remote site that is build with infopath
2003. This for returns an xml with data. On my main site I have a new form
build with infopath 2007. This form has a lot of the new tricks i.e. sql
connectivity with secondary sources e.t.c.

What I want to do is pass data from the old form to the new form. Since we
have biztalk I decided that this would be a good tool for it. Map the remote
site form to the new one. My problem is that the new form contains more than
one xsd. One xsd for the data that I want to transfer but another 2 for sql
stuff.

Am I going about it the right way?
