InfoPath 2010 form in WinForms app

Can anyone direct me to an example of how to host InfoPath 2010 from a WinForms app. I would like to use a WinForms control of some sort to host the IP form such that user can make updates to the form and the WinForm app can access the IP forms contents. This is my first time working with IP so any help will be greatly appreciated.
