InfoPath and Access Concatenated Field

Hello,

I'm trying to create a data connection in InfoPath that goes to a
concatenated file in Access. When the connection is made, the drop-down menu
is blank.

The document is a change request and I need to be able to connect directly
to the list of valid documents against which change requests may be
submitted.

How can I get the data in the concatenated field (DocumentID +
DocumentTitle) to display as drop-down menu options in InfoPath?
