InfoPath and Access DB on Windows SharePoint Services

I am having a problem.
I am trying to use a combination or InfoPath, Access 2003 and Windows
SharePoint Services (WSS).

I want InfoPath to use an Access DB as its data source but instead of having
the DB stored on a local machine I want it to be on an WSS site for remote
access (Internet).

I have created InfoPath forms using Access as the data source (Stored
Locally).
I have created InfoPath forms stored on WSS sites.
I have been able to export an Access DB to WSS.

I just can't get InfoPath to link to the data source DB once its inside WSS.
I even tried using an Access linked table stored locally. Access can see the
online DB table and access it but InfoPath thinks the DB doesn't contain a
table to use for the data source.

I posed this issue on the WSS site as well since the issue appears to be
InfoPath related I would get a different perspective here.
