InfoPath and Sharepoint Services : Workflow/Document Routing solut

Hi All,

Is it possible to use InfoPath forms and Sharepoint Services as a means of
routing and tracking a document requiring approvals? From what I gather
thus far it appears that to do any routing of InfoPath forms requires the
use of bBi BizTalk Server 2004 (apart from developing a application with a
back-end db)?

From what i know , the best option is to use the HWS functionality of
Biztalk 2004.
