InfoPath And Visual Source Safe

We are really struggling with using IP with Visual Source Safe (VSS).

After checking a solution into VSS when a person tries to get the
project for the first time the following 2 errors happen

1. VSS says that there is no .xsf file in the project but.. it is there
this of course causes the project to not load.

2. Our forms have managed C# code in them. VSS is also complaining the
DLL's that are built as a result of compiling are not in the project
but... they are there.

Is anyone doing Team development with InfoPath and having luck with
VSS?

Any tips, experience would be appreciated
