I have published a template that uses an access database located on a shared
drive. The permissions indicate "Full control" for domaine users. However
when I create a form and e-mail they get the error message above.

I've been there, I am not having any problems with forms that do not utilize
my access database. I am only getting the error with forms that drop downs.
Any thoughts? I like being able to edit the information in the access
database and having the forms automatically pull the updated information and
really don't want to have to edit the form each time there is an update.
