'InfoPath cannot start Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for
Applications.'
InfoPath has encountered an error. The operation failed.

I read this help online that said the following, but I can't figure
out how to solve the problem. The template is saved in My Documents.
I can't make the path and file name any shorter than that!

This problem occurs because the number of characters in the folder
path plus the file name exceeds the path and file name limit for VSTA.
The maximum length for the path and file name is 127 characters.

Hello,

While submitting the form you have to check one the file name length should
be less than 127 characters.
