InfoPath cannot submit the form. Access is denied.

Hi,

I've designed a form with infopath 2007 beta 2 that when the submit button
is pressed a web page (not a web service) is called.

If I run the form from a XP Pro machine the form submit works fine.

If I run the form from a 2003 Server machine I get "InfoPath cannot submit
the form. Access is denied."
I have tried running the form in 2 ways on the 2003 server machine:
1. from a network share using Infopath.
2. via the forms server in sharepoint 2007 (which is the aim of the
exercise) using Infopath.

The web page is located on a different 2003 server and the web page is
visable.

I've run ethereal and there is no network traffice due to the submit button
being pressed. So whatever my permission problems are they must be local.

Can anybody help please ?
