Infopath crashes on scroll

I am receving the following error on some workstations

Faulting application infotpath.exe, version 11.0.6357.0, stamp 40b65d54,
faulting module mshtmled.dll, version 6.0.2800.1106, stamp 3d6e2bf2, debug?
0, fault address 0x0005dfe8.

I have applied the IE patch in ms04-038.mspx. This did not solve the
problem. I am not sure why and IE fix should help with Infopath. Does
someone have the same problem and have you been able to identify a solution.

Internet Explorer patches fix a small number of InfoPath issues, because
InfoPath uses the system components provided by Internet Explorer (MSHTML).

I am familiar with the crash you are seeing, and unfortunately there is not
any fix for it at this time. This often happens when you are returning a
large amount of data from a web service or database. Returning a smaller
amount by splitting your data into views can help prevent this crash.

Brian,

Thanks for the confirmation. I have found that as long as the user uses the
mouse wheel or the scroll bar and not the errors, the crash does not occur.
